CIT Privacy Policy

CIT has the following Privacy Policy with respect to the information gathered on CITeXchange web-pages. The terms "we" and "us" refer to CIT.

This notice applies to all information collected on CITeXchange Web pages or submitted to CITeXchange database at any time through any Service Pages.

Personally Identifiable Information - When working with CITeXchange and signing up for or using CIT services through any Service Page, You may choose to supply CIT with information that identifies You personally. For CITeXchange Users, this information may include the User's name and contact information, the User's Web site information, and other necessary information. We also may collect reference information from our Users, which may include name and contact information of individual(s) You think would be interested in our services.

Aggregate Information - We collect non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our Web site and services, and promote cooperation with and between our clients.

Each User agrees to abide by this Privacy Policy and the User Agreement.

Users can access and update their personally identifiable information by logging in to their password-protected (SSL encrypted) User Data area at CITeXchange.

To protect Your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify Your identity before granting access or making corrections to Your information.

E-mail, Search, and Community Specific Terms and Conditions

CIT considers E-mail transmitted via CITeXchange service to be private correspondence between the sender and recipient. Therefore, we will not monitor, edit or disclose the contents of your private communications, except for reasons when it is demanded by the existing legislation.

Content posted to public community areas is publicly available, and CIT reserves the right to remove any publicly posted content that it deems to be objectionable.
