Founding partners of the Technical Cooperation Digital Bridge to Ukraine Program are:

  • Municipal Management Center /Habitat/ (Kyiv, Ukraine),

IBC Bridge Canada is the Program lead, provider of methodology for digitalizing technical cooperation and designer of technical cooperation business processes for TCDB Program.  To enable the TCDB Program, IBC Bridge Canada developed and deployed two methodologies:

  • methodology for Digitalizing the Technical Cooperation (DTC-methodology) and
  • Performance and Capacity Continual Improvement Methodology (PCCI-methodology) for effective transformation of cooperation initiatives into mutually beneficial development projects.

ComplexIT.ca with Centre for Innovative Technologies provided full-scale technology support of the TCDB Program. They accomplished design, development, integration and configuration of internet servers and the IBC Bridge Platform comprising over 450 integrated software modules, they provided technology and intellectual assets to enable operation and maintenance of the complex platform.

OGI International and Municipal Management Center have over 15 years of practical experience in development and implementation technical assistance projects and programs in Ukraine based on public-private partnerships. They provided valuable guidance and expert support for development and deployment of TCDB to Ukraine Program.
