Currently only holders of Municipal and selected Expert service packages are allowed to post Technical Assistance (TA) Request.
In the future, to enable consolidation of all possible efforts, there may be no restrictions, except that an initiative has to be submitted by legal entities from recipient country. Any government (central and local) institutions, non-for-profit organizations, associations or businesses from Ukraine then will be able to post the TA Request that is represent economy sectors that are mentioned in this Program.
Generic name of those who post and advertise their initiative globally is TA Request Advertiser. Generic name of those who post the initiative without publishing is TA Request Poster. TA Request Advertisers and Posters will also be involved in fundraising campaigns and implementation of their initiatives, should the initiatives are accepted by the Program experts.
